Humans have been using religion to give a reason for their purpose in this world for thousands of years. To say that there is only one true religion in the world and all the others are imprecise is truthfully an inexplicable thought, due to the fact that humans will never know which religion is right until either they die or one of their messiahs come to life. Yet, this concept does not mean that the ideas of religion are not true.
Every major religion in the world has common characteristics with each other. According to David Barrett, editor of the World Christian Encyclopedia, "Humans created religion to apprehend what controlled the seasons cycle, environment, and fertility." therefore religion can just be another tremendous myth. All in total to be setbacks for the human race. There will never be no such thing as "One true religion" because humans will always have free will. Keryl Donk, a writer from The university of Colorado stated, "If one religion is false, then all other religions fall into the same category". This is why humans will always question beliefs and will always try to justify those beliefs with science, religion, or any other way of communication with other human beings. The solution to the question "Is there one true religion?" is in the mind of every individual that can perform free will. It is not an emperor 's decision to arbitrate whether or not a religion is true, it is not a dictator, presidents, family members, or any outside source to disclose which religion is true.
