Recommended: Gun control and the black market

In 2013 there were a total of 2,596,993 deaths in the U.S related to firearms. 11,208 by homicide, 21,175 by suicide and 505 due to accidental discharge of the firearm. Even though there are so many deaths related to guns I believe that it is the people that are killing each other, not the guns. Guns kill people just as much as the pen in your hand makes the mistakes on your paper. Guns do not supply themselves with ammunition. They don’t aim at their target. And they don’t pull their own trigger. People are killing people, guns just make it easier. I also believe that children having so much access to guns is part of the problem.
