Are naps good for people or not? Well naps are good for people according to what the sources say because napping can improve memory and reduce the number of mistakes a tired person makes.Naps can also benefit people of all ages. To start off with ,napping is great because it can improve memory. So when kids learn new things in school or anywhere in life when they get the chance to nap after is when their minds really get to work on how to remember what they have been taught.Look at taking naps like this would you rather have a doctor that took naps in between shifts and come to work prepared or a doctor that came to work with no sleep and is not prepared for their work day? It would be in the best interest to get the doctor that takes naps in between shifts. Then he or she would be in alert and ready to get you home rather than having a doctor drooling out the mouth because of sleepiness when they try to figure out what your symptoms are. …show more content…

Therefore adult or kids have a greater chance at doing school work ,jobs work or just doing what the boss asked or teachers when they take naps routinely during the day .Bosses rather their employees to come to do work and be ready to fix mistakes rather than to make new ones. Than the employer would have to spend company money on mistakes that he or she hired someone to fix.
