How do you define poems by the authors? A lot of us interpret poems our own way. We never think about how the author wanted it to be. Four famous authors, however, can be interpreted how the authors wanted it to be interpreted. Their names are Anne Bradstreet, Mary Rowlandson, William Bradford, and John Winthrop. These four authors expressed their feelings in their poems. Their poems also have themes expressed in their poems. In the next three paragraphs I will be talking about each of their styles (emotions) and themes. First we will start with both Willian Bradford and Anne Bradstreet.
