Recommended: Effects of natural disasters on human lives

Anthem

My new home is extravagant, everything I need and more. Gaea birthed her child last winter. We named him Motus. While Gaea has been busy carrying for our son I have been working in the garden and hunting for food. My studies have been very beneficial to Gaea and my wellbeing. I discovered a way to use electricity to give life to a handsaw to make work easier.

On one summer day in August, I was hunting for wild goats when I found something strange laying on the ground. I decided to bring this person into my home, so I could help him. Gaea and I cleaned him and fed him. One morning we went to check on him and he was sitting on his bed, at first, I was terrified but then he spoke to me. "Do you know who I am?" He asked.

I prepared a big feast for our family and our new guest. After we ate I sent Motus to his room to read a script so International and I could talk.

"Why have you come to the uncharted forest International?"

"I have sinned against the council, I went back to the underground tunnel we found to explore. When I returned to the House of the Street Sweepers the council was waiting for me. The council members dragged me to the Palace of Corrective Detention and tortured me, I managed to escape and run towards the uncharted forest. Next thing I know I was in your home."

"I'm glad I could help you."

"I think we should go back to the city and rescue everyone."

"Why, I'm happy with my family and my new home." I said.

"You don’t want to help your brothers?"
