The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven, written by Sherman Alexie, talked about many of the serious problems facing modern American Indians include alcoholism, poverty, racism, limited access to education, and geographical isolation. Some of those problems still exist today when I read the news.

However, the story also showed that women are treated unfairly including not being taken seriously , most horrifyingly, forced sterilization. “We are having a long overdue public conversation about sexual assault and harassment, and at least some who have abused their power are having to face consequences for their actions. Boys need to be taught better about how to interact with girls in an appropriate and respectful manner from a young age”(Jones,Cubbin, 2018, para.3). As described in the new above, male are not taking their responsibility of their behavior to females and don’t know how to deal with the consequences they make. Rather than condemning the people show less respect to female, it’s a better choice to let female fight for their own. we need to fix the unfair treatment to female by letting the female have more chance and power in the society. In conclusion, the unfair treatment to female is not on the side of dishonoring rights for women but also enhancing the power of man. In order to balance out the gender unfairness, the ignorance of men not getting punished for their faults needs to be reduced while guarantee the power of
