The integration of national economies into the international economy through trade, foreign direct investment, capital flows, migration, and the spread of technology. Besides that, globalization also can be defined as process of greater interdependence among countries and their citizens. It consists of increased integration of product and resource markets across nations via trade, immigration and foreign investment-that is via international flows of goods and services, of people and of investment such as equipment, factories, stocks and bonds. It also includes non-economic elements such as culture and the environment.
Globalization is a broad concept and the angle taken to define it can lead us to interpret the idea in many different ways. There is much controversy about what globalization actually means and many definitions fail to encompass social, cultural and technological exchanges between world systems. John Pilger suggests that "it is a jargon term which journalists and politicians have made fashionable which is often used in a positive sense to denote a 'Global village' of free trade, hi-tech marvels and all kinds of possibilities that transcend class, historical experience and ideology." (J.Pilger 1998:63). Taking a broader point of view, Bilton et al defines globalization as "The process whereby political, social, economic and cultural relations increasingly take on a global scale, and which has profound consequences for individuals, local experiences and everyday lives."
Management in all business activities is portrayed as the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. This is done through effective planning, organizing, staffing, leading and directing plus controlling of an organization. (Business Maters, 2013). Whereas globalization of business depicts the change in a business from a company associated with a single country to one that operates in multiple countries while globalization is the changes in the world where one moves away from self-contained countries toward a more integrated country. (Study, 2003). As managers integrate into a wider and more globalized business environment comes the impact as explained herein.
We all know that globalization leads to the development of multinational corporations which corporations or enterprises manage the production and delivery of their products in more than one country. It is an important factor of globalization that it makes more competition in the local market. This can lead to the higher quality products that the consumers in the local market can benefit. And it also creates more job opportunities for local employees. Even though it can brings some disadvantages to the changes in the local consumers and their living environment.

Moreover, we can buy the popular products of high quality made in other countries, such as automobiles of Volkswagen and furniture of IKEA. Finally, globalization can lead to cooperation in trade between different countries. Even though globalization can bring so many conveniences to us, we still worry about its severe negative aspects.
