If these problems were fixed during the election then the election would’ve been more fair but sadly it was not fixed. Now let's look at when Bush was president, What was the big thing that happened during his time? 9/11 is that thing, that event that changed the world but, did Bush try to prevent it at all? About a year ago Donald Trump has said many ugly untruths but he also said ugly truth’s. One of those ugly truth’s he said was that Bush deserves responsibility for the fact that the world trade center came down in his time (The Atlantic). This is however true because bush had many ways of preventing this event from happening but he did nothing. Clarke soon then presented National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice with a plan he had been working on since October 2000. Clarke’s Plan was to freeze the network's assets, close affiliated charities, funnel money to Uzbekistan,Tell Philippines and Yemen to fight al-qaeda cells in their country, and initiate air strikes against al-Qaeda sites in Afghanistan. However Clarke and Tenet grew deeply frustrated with Bush officials on their responses to the Al-Qaeda threat. The response Clarke got from Rice about Al-Qaeda’s threat and his own plan ‘Clarke’s plan’, Rice had a facial expression where it showed that she almost never heard the term before of Al-Qaeda. On January 25, 2001, Clarke sent Rice a memo declaring that a Principal Cabinet level review on the Al-Qaeda threat was needed. Instead Clarke got a Sub-Cabinet, Deputies level, meeting in April which was two months after the review in Iraq.
