The 9/11 attack was a devastating attack on the Twin Tower in New York City on Sept-11-2001. Another devastating attack was the attack on Pearl Harbor in hawaii on Dec-7-1941. These two attacks were some of the worst attacks in U.S history. These major events were similar and different. How? Well in this essay we'll see what the president during that time did to fix the problems and aftermath of the attack, how the media did to spread the word of the attack and describe it in details, and how people reacted and how they should there emotions about the attack. Dering these separate attacks we had different and similar approaches on what to do because of what our Government wants and has to do on the matter. When the japanese bombed pearl harbor our president, franklin roosevelt emdat ations were to declare war on the japanese for their act of terrorism on the U.S. This caused us to partake in World War II. When the attack on New York happened we were outraged, so George W. Bush declared we would be joining the iraq war because this atted of tourism. The media can be used good of bad, it justs depends on the way you use it. Over corse these attacks were not in the same time so Pearl Harbor did not have all the resources to spread the new like we did fro 9/11. Dering the Pearl Harbor attack they mostly used newspaper and radio to spread the word around. 9/11 used TV and also newspaper. There were articles on why they did it and how they did it. They also told the people on how our government will respond and deal with the people who did this. For 9/11 we were able to see the damage on a moving screen and feel really connected to the devastating seen, also we were able to see people speak out in person about the events that took place during the
