The classroom is that space bounded by the wall and roof which a teacher houses his or her students for the purpose of giving instruction to such students. The classroom is a shelter for both teachers and learners so as to engage in educative activities. Even though classroom instruction is a complicated task, it can be rewarding. Because knowledge is acquired in a classroom setting, it is composed of the teacher, students, learning equipment, and the environment created by the teacher. Depending on if the students or elementary or secondary, your classroom environment should reflect your surroundings. Facilitation makes the learners responsible for their own learning. First of all teachers must understand their students. I will know the strengths and weakness of all my students. I will create individualized learning for each student. I will also be aware of each student’s personalities when it comes to placement in addition to being aware of students’ medical issues. Knowing my students will create an atmosphere of effective communication between me and their parents. Students will be aware of class procedures and routine activities. I will plan, prepare, and diagnose the instructional aides used to achieve educational objectives. I will help students use interpersonal communication skills, become problem solvers, and self-discipline themselves. Without structure, preventing disruptive behavior, and knowing your student, academic student achievement will not be achieved in a classroom. These skills not only lead to social competence but also help create an effective classroom environment. My student will understand the subject matter which will be tested with quizzes, tests, projects, and daily assignments. This will help me gage if class instruction needs to be modified or
