What we conclude from our research that there’s no single organization free from facing complications and difficulties. Each and every organization face few or many strategic problems. Johnson & Johnson had a problem with one of their products, and they were smart in handling that problem to keep the company on the safe side without letting it effect it negatively. It is very important to act quickly to fix the problem before many consumers notice.

Because the consumers may believe that bottled water of Nestle sounds healthier than Coca-Cola brand since Nestle tend to emphasize their image on healthy food products. Then do market test for new taste, new packaging, or new innovation according to each regions, and especially for Europe, the company should launch the new one to replace Dasani image in order to seize their market shares. They may renew all nutrients and packaging. Finally Coca-Cola should continue its joint ventures with the regional companies in order to protect their products from barriers to entry both international trade restrictions and distribution channels. Furthermore, joint venture with local brand is a long term contract guarantee to make it easier for HOD to a specific region.

Was orange juice always just here? What is the difference between the different types? Why does everyone like it cold? Is it a sustainable product the way Tropicana is running their processing plant? Are there ethical issues with orange juice production?I began to wonder one day as I was looking in the store, in the orange juice aisle. This paper is a journey into orange juice through the popular Orange juice company, Tropicana .I chose this company because this was a juice that I had grown up with .I hope to be able to answer there questions for myself and you ,the reader.
The new design made it more difficult to distingush among the varities of Tropicana juices. A lot of the customers missed the old design which consisted of an organge with a straw in the middle. According to our text, “a firm’s external envionment consists of all the conditions and forces that affect its strategic options and define its competitive situation”. (Pearce & Robinson. 2009, pg. 12). The customers who used Tropicana felt better buying the orginal tropicana because they said that” the organge symbol meant to evoke fresh taste”. When you change the packaging of the product, most feel as though the conte...

...r needs. If each of them is not satisfy with the decision or the benefits offered in the contract, the contract will be cancel or stop. If any breach in their contract, there would have to lose a lot of money and even lawsuit. Therefore, contract negotiation with their alliance is challenge and difficult. It took a lot of time and the patience of both different companies in order to meet the same requirements in the contract. Another case happen is Portland Schools negotiate with Coca-Cola about the on-going terms of vending machine contract. (portland, 2007) Portland Public Schools is concerned about the health of their student and they would like to replace Coca-Cola vending machine with waters, milk and juice. This competitive advantage has been rendered sustainable as other players have found it difficult to catch up with the company's competitive strategy. In spite of this clear advantage, it was noted that the company faces some challenges being the world leader in soft drink distribution. The canning and bottling of the product which is done in many countries have now fallen into the hands of independent companies, thus it becomes hard for a given company to control the quality of the packaging
