Renewable Resources Essay

It has now become apparent what we have to do to help our environment and reduce our carbon dioxide output before our atmosphere becomes subject to even more damage. Non-renewable resources are no longer an option. We have been using them for hundreds of years and the results have been the same. Non-renewable resources are the most detrimental energy source for our environment. Alternative resources are the answer. They are safer for the environment and they are renewable.
Fossil fuels and other non-renewable resources have been plaguing our environment with pollution. There are many advantages to using these resources but we have recent discovered that it is ultimately more harm than good. These resources have been a consistent source of energy for hundreds of years and have helped us build our society. We have become latched onto non-renewable resources. It is our energy crutch. Non-renewable resources are rapidly depleting and become harder to find. It is costing more money to search for them and extract them. We are disturbing ecosystems
We are using more fossil fuels and non-renewable energy sources at a rapid rate. They are dissipating so quickly that the fear is our society will come to a complete halt and will be in a period of darkness and cold. In order to prevent that future, it is essential that we take the necessary steps now, while we can still operate. Alternative resources are the only thing we can look to as a replacement for the energy building blocks that carrying modern society. Non-renewable resources are obsolete and the only way we can ensure a safe and healthy future is by weaning ourselves off of them. It will be a difficult and long journey but it is very possible to accomplish.
