Understanding the impact of my personality of other people helps me build productive working relationships with subordinates, peers, as well as bosses, alike (Bunn, 2013). The fit between personality and a company’s way of operating is vital when it comes to job satisfaction. Whether an individual is trying to find their place in the workplace or trying to find if they are moving in the right direction, it is essential for one to understand his/her personality, and how it impacts on the likeliness to fail or succeed in various careers (Hay Group, 2012). Interested in the people around me and their feelings, at the utmost I try to be honest and loyal. I value harmony, and whenever it is not there, I create it. Furthermore, I acquire satisfaction from assisting others, which is a quality trait when it comes to tasks that require cooperation (Redmond & Bower, 2015). I also value organization and structure when it comes to my daily activities, and this shows that I have strong organizational capabilities. I tend to be imaginative and creative, and I usually enjoy new challenges as well as variety. However, I find myself very sensitive when it comes to discord and criticism.
Strengths
The test revealed that the ENFJ personality has several strengths. My first strength identified is reliability. I do not like to disappoint my friends or colleagues whenever my assistance is required. I want to be the person they can rely on to accomplish the task. Secondly, I was found to be charismatic. Capture attention using respectable communication and charm is one of my attributes. I have the ability to shift tones to reflect ones needs. As a result, genuine characteristics are subject to exposure. Selecting to maximize my motivation and performance in a teamwork environment (Carpenter & Erdogan, 2012) I must stay focus to repair aspects of my weaknesses. Selflessness is main weaknesses. This is a weakness because striving intensely to meet my word can be too overwhelming, especially if request is made from a loved one doing. Being too selfless is dangerous because it can leave me without the ability to help myself or others because of trying to carry burdens that are not my own in the name of empathy. The other weakness of my personality type is often I can be too sensitive. However, I elect to be receptive when it comes to dissent and criticism. Taking into consideration effective leadership, however, often not able to differentiate between my problems and those that do not belong to me.
