Most common injuries people suffer due to bad ergonomics are often, musculoskeletal injury also known as MSI. Along with MSI, another very popular discomfort people suffer is musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This includes, but is not restricted to; eyestrain, headaches, blurred vision, burning eyes and many more, but the most common and severe MSD’s are tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and even muscle strain. The three main reasons why people experience MSD’s are because of constant repetitive, awkward, and forceful movements in the body.
