1:EVENTS On The 4th August 2011, at Haringey, Tottenham Hale, Mark Duggan was shot and killed by a policeman after being chased out of a minicab. A firearm was not found on Duggan after he was shot. Mark Duggan lived with his family in Haringey. He was thought by the police to be a drug dealer and dangerous to the community. Duggan’s family received no information about his death until a day and a half later, when the news arrived to them through the media. The police did not inform the family
