Never, give up. My mother was the eldest daughter in her family. When her father passed away. Her mother began to work immediately to support her family. My mother was quickly put in charge of her younger siblings. She later, dropped out of school in eighth grade to support her family. Although, my mother was given this hard task at such a young age she never gave up. After, raising her siblings she continued her life. She got married, started a family of her own. Eventually, she took night classes to earn her high school diploma. She was not going to give up. She continued her journey she completed the nursing program at the ripe young age of 43. She never let her life get in the way of her dreams. My family always taught me to continue my journey and to never give up. Dedication, Strength, Honor. Are all good practices I have thanks to the role models that surround me. I wouldn't stive to be who I am today if it wasn't for the hardship I witnessed. My mother's journey.
