We live in a world where our society is unfair, curl and shameful. There are many people who live their lives on a high of spending, overusing and wasting with no idea just how lucky they are. Then there is the middle class; the people who just get by in life, they can afford what they need with some extra things at times. Then there is the poor, the homeless and the lower class group of individuals. They are a group of our world who are barely able to survive each and every day, let alone waste money on things such as extravagant cars, expensive clothing, fine wines etc… Economic inequality is an awful thing in our world today, and it worst part of it all is that it doesn 't have to be happening. Changes in labour markets are especially harmful for todays young adults. With their work, careers starting later and their earnings falling (106) it is resulting in hard times and even debt. Along with it being is the beginning of their lives these individuals are in for a lifetime of financial struggles. Changes in families are another large reason for economic inequality with both positive and negative results. Single parent families result in low income families due to only one income as well as having to support children. This is leading to extremely dangerous consequences such as child poverty. Families who choose not to have children, however, are facing a much easier financial time. They often have more money to spend on extra material items such as extravagant houses and expensive cars due to the fact that as everyone knows children are very expensive and on the point of choosing not to have them they do not have to put any money towards them. These however are just the causes of the economic inequality between the middle class and the upper class. The major economic inequality issue is between the lower class societies in developing countries and the richest of the world. The problem with the economic inequality between the worlds poorest and the worlds richest is an overwhelming world issue that no one intentionally caused but we are blindly
