Life is more about mental and spiritual satisfaction than having money. After a certain period, the happiness of the inner soul is more important than having a bank balance. Career is something with whom one can live his or her whole life without having a break or getting bored that one can have only by having a joy in his or her work. There are some steps people take when they love their job which increases their productivity. People try to make a schedule a night before they leave for the work. One takes a break when they feel mentally stressed. To improve productivity daily, people try to cut multi-tasking in their work and remove distractions. People can become more efficient and it leads their organization to more productive. Working with others and comparing the work with them keeps them up to date and makes them work more effectively. There are some people who have different perspectives of working and that is to earn money. People make money to improve their reputation. People want to be liked and respect by earning some money so their community can accept them and respect them.
