REVIEW OF LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND STRATEGY
According to our reading assignment, “leadership is the act of influencing others towards a goal” (Bauer, Erdogan, Short & Mason Carpenter, 2016). The ability to arouse the level of willingness in someone to make that person motivated enough to execute your cause at all cost. The to-do list of knowing how to control someone without that person ever feeling that sense of been controlled.
Entrepreneurship is the insight to identifying opportunities, which could be a need or a problem and use available resources to develop a solution to that problem or a product for that need. CEO Howard Schultz and Bill Gates all shared these similarities and they both possess exceptional leadership skills. They carried on the functions of management. The last Strategy example shared all you to the point when Apple introduced the iPod and the company was not ready.
Differences between the examples from a management perspective
The differences between the examples are, the three examples have different business model different work force, etc. Their approaches were different but it yields the same positive outcome.
