The Law of Explosive Growth
Some might say what kind of law is that, yet it is self-explanatory. The word explosive mean pertaining to or of the nature of an explosion and the word growth mean An increase, as in size, number, value, or strength; extension or expansion: population growth. The Law states that suddenly there will be an outburst of growth. It grows so fast you will not believe what is going on
People wait for changes to take place in their life. As you grow from adolescent to young adult, and when entering the group of being an adult. One thing that is true you go through the Law of Explosive Growth. Even the bones in one’s body go from a time when i0t knows the time to explode. The Medical profession call, it a growth spurt. I was always told to be a leader you must know how to follow. Not to mention, everyone plays a part in all we do. The Law of Explosive Growth takes off when you decide to be all you can be for the cause.
One thing about developing explosive growth People like you is important. I can not see you are not like and the members follow you. Terry Smith said "Moral leaders exercise power for good purposes. Essential to this is that they do not hoard power; they give it away. There is no leadership without power. However, a leader will frequently want to distribute rather than to maintain power. Leaders empower their followers."
Followers feel you stay right there, yet leaders know to keeping moving and growing. Followers are not subject to change. While change means you must be doing things to stay on the move keeping it on the move. Never forget leaders are to delegate and not keep it all to themselves . As Moses father-in-law told him in the book of Exodus when he told him that is was best to get help and it should not be done

A leader must learn from prior leaders or role models that they are surrounded by that they look up to. Not everyone can be a leader, only some people have the correct characteristics it takes to lead others in the right direction. Those who do great things, for example volunteering at a homeless shelter, are not leaders. Many people mistake a “great person” as being a leader, which is completely incorrect (Kouzes and Posner, p. 3). While playing an active role in your community is a positive thing it does not make someone a leader of that community. All leaders have a group of people they have inspiration too and that is a good way of determining who your personal leaders are. My mother, brother, and grandfather are my leaders because I have always looked up to them and tried to mimic some of the great things that I have seen them do. My mother has always been an independent women with goals and an action plan to accomplish those set goals. Stephen, my elder brother, is outgoing and tends to have a leveled head when it comes to evaluating stressful situations. My grandfather is the most caring person I know and he is amazing at keeping situations under control in order to please everyone. These are all the qualities I want to combine into my own leadership style. We were tired and just did not want to do another project, but our teacher, Mr. Brace, did not give up on us. He showed us what to do, and encouraged us constantly every day.
