GDLS products are well known throughout the world as being some of the most advanced combat technologies available in regards to land vehicles. GDLS has multiple product lines. Their most world famous product is the Abrams tank family, consisting of the M1 and M2 Abrams tank. GDLS also engineers different variations of the M1 and M2 Abrams for different clients. Their other products include mine resistant ambush protected vehicles (MRAPs) which are used for troop transport, the Stryker infantry combat vehicles and gun systems family, and the light armored vehicle (LAV) family. These vehicles all have very unique designs that are constantly being improved upon by their engineers outstanding ability to recognize new needs and innovate the products to not only maximize lethality, but safety as well.

Some of the parts that are required for manufacturing are very complex, and often found to be in bottleneck situations, where few suppliers are capable of producing these parts.
