The agency is able to provide many great opportunities for the Him family upon arrival even though they were sponsored by their uncle to move to the States. The caseworkers will be working with the newly arrivals very carefully as they transition into a comfortable lifestyle in the United States. We have office appointments set up for the Him children and for Ra and bang Vantha to organize outings to get their social security cards, getting the children registered to talk about school, and where they excel in the job market. According to our records, our agency is going to find two houses to move Uncle Seng into, as his house isn't big enough, and another for Ra, bang Vantha and their children Savrng and Syla. Uncle Seng told us he will accommodate 20 years old Ry, 18 years old Than, 7 years old Map and 16 years old Athy until they are old enough to support themselves. Uncle Seng told us before their arrival, he expected us to find a bigger house for him to accommodate four more people in his household and a bigger car. Thankfully, coming into the meeting, Uncle Seng said he would have financial support for these four children after all they are his nieces and nephews and he is sponsoring their move. Therefore, the agency won't be paying for the expenses of filling up the house, clothing, clothing expenses, or food. Bang Vantha, Ra, Savorng and Syla will all be moving into a small house together, which we will be responsible finding and furnishing. Our volunteers will assist them with purchasing their food and household items. Savorng (6), Map (7) and Athy (16) will all be attending school so it is in our best interest to get them into a school district where they will eventually be able to join Hillside Jr. High or Borah Hi... ... middle of paper ... ... how we did and see if we need to do any alterations. We will use a system similar to the Program Evaluation Grid, minus the financial areas. The refugees will be able to numerically rank us by our strategic methods, effectiveness of our services, the services we provide, overall satisfaction, and on the staff. If staff members get low numbers, actions will be taken. Same with anything that can save the company. Our paid staff will go through a Event History Analysis with each client by, "statistically tracking how a client moves through a given program, EHA yields valuable data to determine which factors whether and when change may occur. "The EHA offers a picture of a programs outcome by estimating when clients are at greatest risk for success or failure during periods of change" (Golensky p.162), of which then the Social Workers will use a different direction.
