Wars have occurred in the past numerous times because of different things, such as fighting for land, reforms, or just hatred for one another. After wars, a treaty is signed or agreements are made; for example, the treaty of Versailles was signed after World War I. After the Cold War, the Berlin was torn down and communism was wiped out in Germany while some countries kept it as their standard mode of government (Ellis and Esler 1004-1006).
