Mainly our entire existance revolves around one question; "what happens to me after i die?" Every religion has differnt beliefs on what happens after death and where the right and wrong paths in lifeta take us and what leads to salvation. As opposed to christians who belive in one god and one god only, some religions do not believe in any god and some believe in more than one. Religion is manditory in order to recive civilization and a healthy society.Every religion believs in differnt rules, no matter what type of God a religion worhips, a society would be empty without some sort of religious views in it. Hinduism and Buddhism are two religions that have completely different beliefs on what happens after death, the path to salvation, and their views of a god.

Today, most Hindus are open to worshipping more than one god even though some Hindus can believe a wide variety of things about God, our world and the path to salvation and still be considered a Hindu, hinduism is one of the most open minded religions in the world, especially when other religions and beliefs are compated.Hindus believe in one out of two things that can happen after death; an existence of an enduring soul that switches from one body to another after death depending on how that person lived their life or the law of karma which determines one's destiny after life. The one aultimate goal that most hindus follow is being in the same presence and uniting with god after death. Most Hindus are devoted followers of one of the principal gods Shiva, Vishnu or Shakti.The major difference between hindus and any other religions is that a specific belief about a secific God is not a part of their beliefs so its not recommended to believe in ...

As a catholics our beliefs on what happens after life, the path to salvarion and the view of God is totally different compared to Hinduism and Buddhism. Being a catholic means living your whole life spreading the work and word of God; the one and only god we believe in, we do believe that there is a heaven and hell. The path way to heaven is following the golden rule which is basically just treating other people the way you would want to be treated and doing good, the path to hell is being a bad person and compelling against the word of god, God forgives and that is why we pray to him; as we also believe that he watches over us and answers our prayers.
