The legislature/introduction
The legislature is branch of state government out of three branches that deals with making laws, passing resolution, focusing on many administrative duties subpoenas information from witness. Legislature have their limitation because they work part time (140 days) every other year and state political culture exert contradictory pressure on them urging them to bring government intervention in their business. Despite all the workforce against them in this little time frame. Legislature’s two main goal is the set two years budget for the public, and consider bill that should become law.
The legislature/ organization
The legislature is created to environment where parties’ contradictory issues resolve their difference during the process of law making and polices. The legislature, judiciary and executive work relatively. Legislatures represent Texas citizen, which makes it central to the government plan based on constitution. Legislature generally look out for public safety and enact law that could benefit citizens.

In addition to senate rules committee, the house have two committees; substantive committee, which handles areas such as energy, environment, or insurance, and procedural committee that operate internally in the house itself. This committee regulate the activities and functioning of the house. There are also temporary committees formed in both houses. Conference committee involve both chambers that resolve the differences between bills pass by both chambers.
