Recommended: Lincoln's views on slavery

Abraham Lincoln was the best president in my opinion that the US has had. Leaving a legacy behind, by when we celebrate Abraham Lincoln we don't just celebrate his birthday but we celebrate the freedom he fought for.
Although he did not make it for presidency the first time he did success the second time in 1860. Lincoln’s intentions was to end slavery but he also did not mind if he did or didn't according to cyberlearning. Mentioning that he just wanted to save the United States of America . If he was saving the U.S he would help the economy.
Abraham was known for ordering the emancipation proclamation on September 2, 1862- Jan 1 1863. It was to have all slaves be “thenceforward and forever free”.This is what made me actually say he was one

However, it is important to remember that Lincoln also led a private life, complete with close friends and family.
