Christians proclaim to be followers of Christ, but do their character really present that? When Christians say they are followers of Christ their character and behavior reflects the one above. To do what is right, love thy neighbor, trust in God and not judge others is Christian Character. To have faith and trust God is the number one thing in presenting Christian character. Having faith means believing in things not yet seen. Faith is the center of Christian life, which means, to believe that a claim or statement is true. After believing a claim or statement is true that has been presented, sit back, relax and let God do his work. Not only does faith go a long way but trusting in God is very important also. When down and out, or something does not goes right christians tend to beat themselves up about it, however their to trust that God will always make a way and continue to pull them through. …show more content…

Christians should love their neighbor as they love themselves. Characteristics of loving your neighbor means helping them instead of putting them down, not being deceptive in dealings, not robbing or mistreating others and also not seeking revenge and holding grudges. Presenting these things will show true christian character and that they love their neighbor the way God loves everyone. In loving their neighbour they should also not judge them. Christians should see one another as unique and beautiful, the way God sees everyone. Meaning they should not judge others based on their circumstances, religion, or beliefs. When they judge people based on certain things it is considered sin, which isn’t christian character. They should look at one another the way God looks at us, which is the inner soul and not the outer appearance.. Also as Christians they should understand that people make mistakes and we should not judge them off of that, but instead continue to lift them up and encourage
