Walt Disney was the co-founder of Walt Disney production and Disneyland. He developed his drawing skills at a very young age, when he was paid to draw a neighbor’s horse afterwards he was drawing the cartoonist for the school newspaper. When Walt Disney was 19, he started his first company called Iwerks-Disney Commercial Artists, but after he leave for another ad company. In 1921, Disney started his first animation business company. Unfortunately, the revenue was too low to save his company. In 1923 he moved to Hollywood for achieving his dream of creating a successful cartoon. Never stop dreaming

Walt Disney was a real dreamer. After he obtained success, he never stopped to follow fresh ideas and created new cartoons. He didn’t become self-satisfied person and he continued to innovate.

2. Keep on going

Disney met a lot of unsuccessful periods in his career. Many time and nervous were spent to create a Mickey Mouse, it was a long days and nights without sleep. The Walt Disney life story shows us that he runs up from a difficult 10 years’ period before he achieved something real and fantastic.

Walt Disney used sketches and the formula of three-dimensional mock-ups to project a clear understanding of his ideas and to show these ideas to others.

Leadership style:

Walt Disney practiced an autocratic style of leadership after he had moved into the new studio where he turned out to be all the more overbearing and controlling. Disney started his main goal, treating his representatives like family, however after he moved to the new studio, he turned out to be more unbending. There was no contention determination.
