Transhumanism is the belief that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations. This is done through science and technology. Some of these technologies include cyborgs, artificial intelligence, and cryonic suspension. These technologies help extend and enhance the lives of humans. Transhumanist thoughts have been seen for centuries, long before there was a term for it. Ancient humans wanted to prolong life because they were afraid of death, Now, we want attempt to use the technology we created to help make our lives easier.
