Good and evil are two completely different terms and defy the other. Most people in this world use these terms to describe another’s personality. Evil being the person has bad characteristics and good being the person has good characteristics. However, noone and nothing in this world is either completely evil or completely good, in other words no one is perfect. In this drawing you see the yin-yang symbol. This represents two opposites, light and dark. In this case it is good and evil. Since both sides are connected you can see that it shows that two opposites can be in one individual. Also, I drew a picture of two signs pointing towards two different path, one to good and one to evil. Some people are seen as good people, who have good morals, and some people are see as plain evil. However, there are also characters who are share both traits. For example, Mr. Cunningham was seen as a generally good person to the Finch family. However due to his actions outside of the jail, his reputation as a good person quickly backfired on him and everyone realized the evil side of Mr. Cunningham. Also, boo radley exemplifies good and evil. In the beginning of the book, he was seen as an evil person to Jem and Scout. However he ended up saving their lives which changed his reputation of being a cold blooded killer to being a nice trustworthy guy. Everything people do is judged, so if you do good things you will be known as good and vice-versa for being evil. Everyone thought that he stayed in house the whole time because he was planning a murder or something. However he stayed in his house so he can be away from all the racism and cruelty.
