Power allows people to do anything they want. They can use it in different ways, they can tell people to obey them, they can use it to hurt someone they hate, and even rob. They can also use it in a positive way, they can help people and do a lot of good things with it. In There Will Be Wolves, Ursula, which is the protagonist, is a healer. But due to the old Christian rules, women were not allowed to heal, but Ursula did. So they say Ursula was a witch and wanted to punish her. The bishop was a powerful person. He sentenced Ursula and brought her to the trial and tried to burn her, but her father Master William saved her. They then brought her to the cell. Until one day, her father came to the cell and released her, she was pardoned by the god, she had a chance to compliment her sin, as long as she help the Crusade free Jerusalem. Count Emil was kind of powerful but not as much as the bishop. He is a part of the Crusade. He led the Crusade from the city Cologne to Constaniple. But he is mean to Ursula, because he thinks Ursula is a witch, he against Ursula all the way from Cologne to Constaniple. He had the most power, he commanded the Crusaders to attack the Turks and steal all of their resources, but this caused a war, everybody died from it, except Ursula, Bruno, Verity, and Samson the dog survived. Even Count Emil died. Peter the Hermit overused the power that he owned, that caused so much deaths. Before the war, there were a lot of people got injured, Ursula does not have any power, but she is healer, she helped a lot of people just by healing them even though she was out of medicines and supplies.
