How much gun violence is there in the United States? The right to bear arms is promised to citizens of the America. Crime is very high in states that have vague gun control laws. Texas is known to have the most lenient gun control laws of any state. Many questions arise concerning who should be able to own guns and how these particular guns are obtained. There have been 32 mass shooting since the year 2000, and we’re only 13 weeks into 2018 and already had 17 school shootings, where someone was hurt or killed .(Metro.us/timeline). Parents have lost children and children have been left motherless or fatherless due to gun violence. No one should have to go to school in fear of gun violence; or to a nightclub, a concert, a shopping center, a movie
