In the past, current, and in the future, health care reform is important issue in the United States America and whole of the world because health care is related with people’s life and people’s quality of life. Also, health care reform is for the people and for the government. In the United States, the debate regarding health care reform includes question of a right to health care, access, fairness, sustainability, quality and amounts spent by US government. This part is important for people to get health care. For example, there is health care named Obama Care. The system name is PPACA; patient protection and Affordable care act. Obama Care is a US health care reform law that expands and improve access to care and curbs spending through regulations and taxes. Also, the main purpose of PPACA is that lower income people can register for free and helping people who did not have enough money to get health care and Obama Care started at January 2014. However, there are some drawbacks of reforming health care. However, there are lots of pros and cons opinions. The pros of reforming Obama Care are that more Americans have health insurance, health insurance is more affordable for many people, people with pre- existing health conditions can no longer be denied coverage, no time limits on care, more screenings are covered, lower prescription drug costs. The cons of reforming Obama Care are that many people have to pay higher premiums, you can be fined if you don’t have insurance, taxes are going up as a result of the ACA, enrolling can be complicated, businesses are cutting employee hours to avoid covering employees. I think Obama Care is good for US people. It really needs to care poor people in US. So, through Obama Care many people can get health care for lower price or for free. So, I agree with Obama
