1- Introduction: Nowadays, air pollution has become a complex issue, particularly exhaust gas such as sulphates and nitrates, which could be harmful to the health or comfort of humans and animals or which could cause damage to plants and materials. The main target of refinery factory is to reduce efficiently the sulphur content in fuels (gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, i.e.) and produce ultra-clean fuels by applying existing technologies and continuously developing advanced technologies of different physical and chemical processes. In this study the focus will be on one area which is a desulphurization process to reduce air pollution. In addition, sulphur content means containing petroleum products amounts of sulphur. Because of operating conditions such as high temperatures, high pressures, and high hydrogen consumption are required for hydrodesulphurization (HDS) to achieve the ultra-deep desulfurization. High investment and operating costs are unavoidable. Therefore, there are many researches that were completed without using hydrogen (non-HDS based) such as adsorption, extraction, oxidation and bioprocesses. Adsorption desulfurization process is usually current in fixed bed or fluid bed. To avoid the leakage of particles, the particle size of absorbent is commonly at the larger level, Therefore, Adsorption desulfurization has a lower specific surface and undesirable adsorption efficiency.(Lin et al., 2014)(Gin and Noble, 2011). using a selective solvent to react easily with sulphur content refers to the extraction desulphurization process.(Horii, Y., 1996). Oxidation desulphurization ODS defines as use of differing oxidizing agents, such as H2O2 in combination with selective acid such as acetic acid (AcOH), formic acid,NO2.(Shiraishi et al., 2002) (Jiang et al.,
