Name and brief description of 3 different country 's political parties. Canada is a constitutional monarchy, in which monarch is the head of state. The politics of Canada function within “a framework of parliamentary democracy and parliamentary government with strong democratic traditions. There are four main political parties in canada. Conservative party of Canada: members sit at the senate and house of commons. This party” generally favours lower taxes, small government, more decentralization of federal government powers.” Green Party of Canada: Members sit in the house of common. This party “advances a broad multi-issue political platform that reflects its core values of ecological wisdom, social justice, grassroots democracy and nonviolence.” Liberal Party of Canada: members sit in the senate and house of common. The party “espouses the principles of liberalism, and generally sits at the center of the Canadian political spectrum.” New democratic party: members sit in the house of common. This is a social-democratic party of Canada Japan: The government of Japan is a constitutional monarchy where the power of the Emperor is limited and is relegated primarily to ceremonial duties. There are 6 main parties in japan. Liberal Democratic Party: The largest political party in japan. It’s a conservative party and is made up of various conservative, nationalist and centrist factions. Democratic Party: The second largest japanese political party that stands for social liberalism. However, this statement seem to also add more reference to how after Clinton used a his two terms in office (8 years ) for the democratic party has left the party, and Bush who’s always been a rival and against most of Clinton’s ideas for a better American has taken over. A major change and shift was to occur due to how different they saw things. The reason for my saying that is because looking back at the history of Bush and Clinton; They have never been on the front views for anything. If there was a line that represents the government, than both Clinton and Bush being dedicated to their parties views and what they feel is right would be on the end of it. That’s is why i agree with the statement made by the new commentator.
