Warren Buffett has always been encouraging other wealthy individuals to donate some of their fortunes for charitable purposes such as donating money to orphan houses. He also made the largest donation in history to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation worth approximately US$30.7 billion.

2. Bono
Bono is the lead singer of the famous 90s Irish band, U2. He was nominated in 2012 for the Nobel Peace Prize. He received knighthood title from Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom and was even named Time magazine Person of the Year in 2005. Bono has become one of the world's most famous philanthropic performers.
