Recent, records show the history of soccer back more than 2000 years ago in ancient china. Although in countries like Rome,Greece,and some parts of Central America also say that they have started the sport of soccer. It started to be called soccer when england transition the word or what british and other people called it, “football”, the game we all know today. As the game started to get more popular, more rules started to be created as well including historical landmarks. Penalty kick were implemented in 1891, yellow and red cards were introduced in 1970.
