It would be a basic concept when consideration modern poets or poetries any I’m afraid, that it is Eliot’s first collection of poems when he was twenty-nine years olds, published by ‘The Egoist Press’. It includes primary ‘The Love Song of J.Alfred Prufrock’ and other twelve poems, but the date of making poetry was ‘Conversation Galante’ first most, when he was nineteen, that is, the collection is representative one in the bottom line of making poetries in his twenties. It is quite interesting that he took the title as ‘Prufrock and other observations”, not “Prufrock and other poems”, because of his point of view in poetry that a poetry is an observation primarily, not the release from emotions any. Alfred Prufrock” was written in 1910, when Eliot was still twenty-two years old, a student of Harvard University in the postgraduate school. For all that fact, who could suppose that the burlesque kinds of poetry would become the turning point of English poems since then? Although it is poetry in his early youth, completely differs from the “love song”, so called, which is supposed to be in the tradition of the circle of English poets in the past. From the point of view in the scenario appeared, the main character is a middle-aged man who is bald on the top, and it seems that he thought to declare his love to a partner, but couldn’t make up his mind in doubt, hesitate, because he was afraid that the partner might laugh at him. Or there is another poetry made at the same period about, and the story is a contrastive that a middle-aged woman is scaring constantly, feeling her young boyfriend could break off relations with her. It is surprise that Eliot, still at the age of twenty-one or two, wrote this kind of poetry, since which describes exactly a love mentality in the two middle-aged, both a man and a woman, so it is unordinary such as a love song
