Although being unified might sound like good thing, it is not always .There are people that use unity to harm others. Coming together, leaving our differences aside, and becoming one and being united should be used for a good purpose not for harming others. Unfortunately we see people, families and even countries that are not as united as they should be in order to help each other rather than to hurt each other. ISIS is one of the organization that are using their unification to harm others .On the other hand, some people do use their unification to help others; unfortunately there is not enough of these people. Then there are people in our own community are coming together and something to help our own people that are being effected by the drought in our central valley. If there were more people, families and countries united, using that unity to do good, there wouldn’t be so much wrong in our society. Now in order to do good and work together to keep all the hatred away, to not destroy our world keep our freedom. If all of the tribes acted as one single force, the Natives would have a better chance. The many Native rebellions show that they had the motivation, and at some points of time, to take back their land. The Native Americans also learned to use guns and had great strategic plans. However, by the time they were somewhat united, the enemy was either equal in manpower or completely overshadowed the Natives forces. Many people feel that having to live by “these set of rules” (the ten commandments) is debilitating but as a matter of fact, it is sin that is crippling us. Achieving unity within a country is the most fundamental and central goal of a nation. In order for a county to unite, they must first achieve unification in what values they hold to be important. They also need to be in accordance with one another as to how the country works and how they wish to be governed. These factors help create a region's identity and make it different from areas around it. It is a goal most difficult to accomplish due to the discrepancies between cultures, religions, personal beliefs and many other factors that may exist in that area.

Excursions have been documented all the way to Ohio-Mississippi valley. “’The character of all these [Iroquois] Nations is warlike and cruel,’ wrote Jesuit missionary Paul Le Jeune in 1657.” (Richter, 528) They had different purposes for war than Europeans did. Thus, since the Europeans did not understand the similarities and differences, they were called savage. The Iroquois did not wage war all the time though. The Hudson Bay Company and the Northwestern Fur Company employed Iroquois as canoe men; they were also employed by private enterprises connected with the fur trade or exploration. The Iroquois employed by the Hudson Bay Company “are reputed to have been the most expert in the country, and many stories are told of their skill and spirit of adventure.” (Chamberlain, 460) They also hunted beaver for corporations, sometimes with their families with them. Iroquois were employed as “canoe men, guides, carriers, and voyagers in the service of the Hudson Bay Company.” (Chamberlain, 460) Some of the Iroquois went as far as the Rocky Mountains, where they stayed and brought their culture with them.
