Inclusion, as a political process element, is when all division of the government and the society are free to participate in political decision making. Particularly in health policy everyone is included such as the politicians, interest groups, and the public. The participation of these group can improve in addressing political, social and economic issues for a greater achievement of political outcomes. The Inclusion is an important element for the democratisation of social values and fulfilment of society needs and for better planning.
In the Philippines, we can see the element of inclusion in The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10354), which warrants access to different method of contraception, …show more content…

For instance, the National Drug Policy Act 2015-2020 was developed by several consultation from different divisions of the government, health agencies, targeted stakeholders, and the public such individuals, health providers, interest groups, industry and community organisations. This Act is about controlling and minimising harm from alcohol and other drugs for the next years. The various actions plans and strategies presented in the Act were from the collaborative submissions and feedbacks that was taken into account to address issues from alcohol and other drugs. In the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) six dimensions of governance, the Philippines rank in the lower half of the percentile. The drop of trust by the actors of governance and the significant poor economic condition were brought by the corruption of the public officials and private organizations. Different political parties, police, public and civil servants are allegedly to be the most corrupt in the Philippines. This means all the branches of the government are challenged. As experienced by the Filipino masses, the primary indicators of bad governance is the never-ending poverty, gaps between poor and rich, corruption, mistrust on government institution, unstable economy, and issues on accountability and transparency of the government.
