Managing time is not an easy task but it is also not an impossible task. There are several factors which you need to take care of while managing your time properly, these are :-
(1) Divide your day in segments- one of the main reason behind mismanagement of time is treating your day as a single day (which it is in reality) , but if you want to make your day productive then it is better to divide it in easily manageable chunks, like two chunks of 12 hours or three chunks of 8 hours. This will make it easier for you to plan your day as you can focus on planning segments of your day individually
(2) Arrange Your Activities As Per Importance & Priority- Throughout out day, we do lot of tasks , but they all don't fit in category.Some takes a lot of time and some can be finished within minutes.
