Have you heard the saying "Time is money"? This question look stupid, as this is a common saying which almost all of us have heard .Time is really like money but the only difference is it is currency of life and you've to spend it very very carefully because once gone it is gone forever and unlike real currency you can't borrow it from anywhere or anyone.

Managing time is not an easy task but it is also not an impossible task. There are several factors which you need to take care of while managing your time properly, these are :-

(1) Divide your day in segments- one of the main reason behind mismanagement of time is treating your day as a single day (which it is in reality) , but if you want to make your day productive then it is better to divide it in easily manageable chunks, like two chunks of 12 hours or three chunks of 8 hours. This will make it easier for you to plan your day as you can focus on planning segments of your day individually

(2) Arrange Your Activities As Per Importance & Priority- Throughout out day, we do lot of tasks , but they all don't fit in category.Some takes a lot of time and some can be finished within minutes. In some tasks you've to use your brain power, while there are some tasks that you can complete while watching television. When we talk about time management, people think that it is about using every single minute of your day for work, but this is not. It is important to take breaks from time to time otherwise your brain and body will get exhausted and you'll not be able to focus on your task properly ,and will lead to low productivity & accuracy. With lower accuracy rate and productivity it will take more time to complete your task and this is not what you want.
