Working mothers teach their children so many more valuable life skills for the real world. Never being told when exactly to do your homework, but still knowing what is and what is not acceptable teaches self-reliance. Many kids get to college and don’t know how to care for themselves, including laundry and dishwashing. In life you don’t learn a lot when everything is constantly being handed to you. Children who are raised by stay at home moms are not as prepared for the real world as those who are raised by working women. Although both mothers do work, working mothers tend to have better mental stability knowing they have more of a purpose in society.
