It has been one of the most successful recruitment strategies assisted of launching its employment brand. It primarily showcases Enterprise as a fun and fulfilling work place to be in. This enhances the Brand image and thereby is able to attract College graduates who are extremely keen on not just a good career opportunity but also in an organization that is exciting to work in, and showcases its ability to mould the younger generation to climb the corporate ladder. The process facilitates the company’s ability in attracting, recruiting and retaining ideal employees – referred to as Top Talent in recruitment and helps secure the achievement of the company’s business plan. From an individual aspect, the increasing importance of social acceptance which is mainly influenced through the rapid usage of Internet and Social Media has driven people to enhance their personal brand, as such employees nowadays lookout for Branded Employers. (Universum, 2015) Figure 1 provides an Employer Branding Framework and based on this Framework we have analyzed the effectiveness of Enterprise Holdings and Rent-a-Car websites, in creating the Employer Brand image in a global and regional aspect. As shown in figure 3, the Reward Scheme adopted by Enterprise for their Employees has being summarized enabling one to gain an understanding of what the company offers in terms of Benefits. The Company’s Brand Recognition is captured in the list of Awards the Company has won for Customer and Employee Goodwill. However, such information alone will not suffice as Employees would be keen to ensure internal recognition schemes are available for them.
