In an organization building culture and a solid foundation is everything. It’s says who you are and create a brand for your organization. When it comes to culture, having the right people in a certain position can all the difference in the world when it comes to growing. It takes a strong group of people to build an organization and strong culture, however ethical behavior also plays a huge role in this as well. With these five principals this will set the tone to be successful and to eliminate any confusion in my professional and personal life. Respecting others is important to me. It’s imperative to treat others with respect because you will expect the same thing in return. Not everyone is the same and you don’t have to be best friends with one, however respecting the person they are is important in building relationships or communicating when needed. Telling the truth is also imperative in your professional and personal life. Telling the truth tells a lot about a person’s character and you will know they don’t have to hide anything to try and cover up something. We live in a world where we are faced with different races and cultures on a daily basis. In order to work together and to respect each other you have to learn how to deal with others and their differences. It’s important to respect others and their background as well. This too will help with building relationships and coming together as one nation. Communication is important and should be open at all times between people. In today’s world we live in a world of communication through texts, phone calls, and social media. Communication is used everywhere and if you keep your communication open with others it makes it easier for people to come and talk to you and be open about certain things. In my professional and personal life I will make sure I’m always available to not only communicate with others but to listen as well.
