because the new one gives the abilities to build a business and expand it in very simple way, in addition, the new model gives the hr sector ( department ) to developing strategic plan that fit within the company, on the other hand, the old model tend to be by human nature management and it 's difficult to manage a big companies in this way . the main difference between the two systems is the old model use to be “ do it right “ earthier if you have another way to do it or you have easier way to reach the same results the traditional way prefer to use the old way to reach their result and they know there is a simple way to reach the same result but they used the traditional way , but in the new model they used to be like “ do the right things “ so you have to do the right things in your opinion bl edafeh end ikon fee ma9la7et al sheikh and you might add a new idea about the issue in this way you sharked fee 9ono3 al 8arar and express your opinion from your side.
