The Grinch Short Story

It was a bright sunny day when little Grinch went to school, his mommy always packed him his lunch, and the thing he loved the most about his lunch was the brocli! Little Grinch LOVED,LOVED,LOVED brocli, but no one else did, the kids in his class started to tease him and make fun of them, and call him names like gross-Grinch, and bullied him. So one night he had a terrible day, all the kids made fun of him a lot more than usual. Poor Grinch, he cried himself to sleep because of how gross he felt. The next morning he woke up GREEN! The problem was that he didn’t have a blanket never has, and thought he never would, this was because how poor his family was. But this year things would be different. The Grinch started to work on a farm and sooner or later he had enough money to buy his own blanket, the Grinch was so excited he ran to the store and barley had enough for the one he had chosen. Grinch took his new blanket home to show his parents his mom loved it, but his dad felt otherwise. One night the Grinch was sleeping with his new blanket, when his dad snuck in and took the blanket. But the Grinch had noticed the difference and he saw his dad headed out to the back were the dumpster was. The Grinch folowed his dad and watched him rip up the blanket that the Grinch had worked so hard to get. The Grinch new he had to get back in bed quick or his dad would hear him crying. So the next day the Grinch snuck out to the back instead of going to school, he knew he was going to be made fun of any way. The Grinch waited till his parents left for work and got in the dump and found junks of his blanket at a time. He knew he was never getting his blanket back, so from that day on the Grinch swore he would never shave again, because that was the only way to have a blanket
