The Four Noble Truths, which was outlined by Buddha, expands and expresses the notion on the four truths about suffering. This noble truth relates to convincing yourself that any situation is fate because if one has the right mind set, right act, and right outlook on the absurd situation, one will make the most of the condition and become less despondent and more optimistic about the situation.
