The film Wall-E is about a lonely robot who is left working on Earth in the future. Wall-E is a trash compactor who is left there to clean up the mess that the humans made, he is the only one left. The humans left Earth to go and live on a spacecraft called Axiom until the Earth is done getting cleaned. Although, their plans changed and all of the other trash compactors broke down after so many years. Wall-E is the only robot cleaning, using the parts of other robots when he needs a new part. As he is cleaning Eve lands on Earth looking for a sign that they can come back to Earth. In this film they show us what can happen to the Earth and shows us what we have to do in order for this not to happen. This film would be classified as science fiction. …show more content…

In the genre of science fiction, new technology is a main component. The EVE robots are an example of this. Also, on earth they have Wall-E units, robot trash compactors. All of the humans also live on Axiom, while Earth is being cleaned. Axiom is a spaceship where the humans are catered to their every need. On this spaceship there are tons of examples of new technology. The humans no longer have to do anything. The new technology caters to their every need, it does everything for them.
