Once an individual becomes an educator, it is their duty to coach and help demonstrate as mentors. Mentors then become involved in the fundamentals of student growth where the art of learning is never over, especially for the teacher. Teachers can use a lesson plan to help facilitate student learning in which students collaborate with their mentors to establish a relationship with the mentors and then teachers and students become active participants in the learning community. There is always something to learn from the students, from other educators, and from the world in general. Dedication is at hand in order to establish a clear baseline between the students and the teachers. The relationship between them helps the educator meet students in at their points of need. The educators must stay dedicate and treat their students with respect. That is where my education of philosophy starts. Education becomes the starting foundation of human interaction. I have viewed the student-centered philosophies and I would consider myself somewhat having a combination of progressivism, constructivism, and humanism philosophies in the classroom. From my own personal experience, I have found that the students have a large impact on how much teachers appreciate them and acknowledge the art of teaching. To this day, I still enjoy being in a classroom knowing that the instructor enjoys what they are doing and how they are doing it. My former kids from my past job at the day care loved when I was running the summer program because I stayed connected with them and interacted a lot with my class. ... the curriculum, I would prefer teachings on everyday matter that students might need for future experiences. For example, I would love it when professors or teachers would throw in a story from their own personal experience relating to the subject matter. Not only does it make the class fun and more interesting, but also makes you think as a student that this teacher is reliable and they know what they are articulating. I think that teaching and learning becomes a reciprocal development between the student, and the teacher therefore must form a partnership. Education should be one of the most important factors in student learning and developing. It enriches the process of ongoing growth for them. Every child has the ability to learn. I believe the purposes of education are beyond and essential for students, to not just lead a successful life, but to also live life.
