The argument for animal testing is that it yields pertinent information that provides human health benefits. People are under the misconception that animal experiments help humans because experimenters and universities exaggerate the potential of animal experiments to lead to new cures because of the role they’ve played in past medical advances (Animal Rights, 2015).
